An interesting job last week was lifting a silent pile driver into place on a tricky site in Exeter.
Most pilers make a lot of noise as the pile driver is rammed repeatedly into the ground. Obviously, this can cause a lot of annoyance and disruption for neighbours. However, a silent piler pushes the pile into the ground to the required depth without noise or vibration.
Our experience means that Carter Plant Hire is frequently called in to work on tricky sites often with restricted access - we always relish the challenge.
