For the past few weeks Carter Plant Hire has been working with local building company, Setter & Saunders on a project at The Nab in Topsham, Devon. This spectacular new home is in a fantastic setting right on the waterfront of the River Exe with views across towards Powderham and down to the estuary at Exmouth.
Carter Plant Hire has been carefully lifting the steel frame into place. Although the site is straightforward, access roads are very narrow and require great care from the crane driver, as they are lined with historic buildings.
